Stats shown are at Lv130 BeastMaster Mage: STR: 0 DEX: 155 INT: 195 END: 100 CHA: 190 LUK: 0
Dexterity for blocking his wing attack when he runs out of MP, high enough END to withstand his relentless unmerciful attacks.
BeastMaster Warrior STR: 200 DEX: 155 INT: 0 END: 100 CHA: 190 LUK: 0
/same as BMM
Pure Mage and Tank Mage STR: 0 DEX: 200 INT: 200 END: 100 CHA: 0 LUK: 150
teh Pure Mage. high dex high int, high enough end and a good amount of luk for spell/wep b2h. good for blocking his wing attack, and high dex and luk gives you a good b2h boost.
STR: 0 DEX: 200 INT: 200 END: 200 CHA: 0 LUK: 50
teh Tank Mage. Less accuracy than Pure Mage, yet has lots of HP. best survivor build imo. might want to have 50 cha instead of LUK to get your nerf/wind pets moving.
Pure Warrior and Tank Warrior STR: 200 DEX: 200 INT: 0 END: 100 CHA: 0 LUK: 150
teh Pure warrior. high b2h but low MP, as a warrior you might have problems with healing.
STR: 200 DEX: 200 INT: 0 END: 200 CHA: 0 LUK: 50
teh Tank warrior. best survival build for warriors, as you can have high END (high HP), might want to have 50 in CHA instead of LUK to get your nerf/wind pets moving.
**NOTE: whatever build you have, it is reccomended to have at least 1000 hp

[glow=red,2,300]The Strategy[/glow]
Charge Lay On Hands. Enter fight in Golden Plate and FatherTime/EoN shield.
equip Pet whistle and let your nerf pet out if you have one, if not, use Helm of Drakonnan + Golden Plate + Reign Shield or Siege Tower or Sackelberry + Silas staff if you're a mage.
spam Draw Mana and healing spells until Nightbane is fully nerfed. change to your wind pet, and Only attack if you have full HP and MP, with your wind weapon or Zardwarts wand (best choice). Dont change out of Golden Plate + Reign shield until his MP is depleted.
after his MP is used up, change to Shadow Cloak + Shadowbones (if tanking), or Sackelberry (if attempting to block his wing attacks) and spam Draw Mana + Brilhado Feathers, OR, spam attack with wind weapons. when his MP has regenerated to over 1000+, attack with Zardwarts Sturdy/Little wand, you might get a chance to reflect back his breath attack (over 500dmg) back at him. if he hits you, heal then spam Draw Mana and attack with wind weapons again. repeat.
ths strategy is flawless, unless Nightbane does his claw attack ALOT of times as you heal. do NOT use too many potions, if GA doesnt heal you and you've used up to 10hp pots, and low on MP, change to GHA and cast Lay On Hands. Guardian Angel cannot be trusted much.
repeat above above strategy. with insane luck, Nightbane should be near death. if you're luck enough to get a GA heal when Nightbane is at about 2k hp, spam Brilhado Feathers until he dies.
IF you are NOT full hp, or near dying when Nightbane himself is near his own death, spam all your remaining pots and spam Brilhado Feathers and attack with Asgardian + wind wep(preferable those that can heal, like FB).
for warriors its a different story. even as a beastmaster warrior the battle is hard.
get LoH ready, enter battle with EoN + Golden Plate, heal dmg, use pet whistle and get your nerf pet out, use Helm of Drakonnan. spam attack button with ZLW at the starting, heal with potions until Nightbane is fully nerfed by your nerfpet. change to your wind pet now.
if you run out of mp for healing, pot 'em back. hammer Nightbane with his own attacks with ZLW until he runs out of MP. by by now, you might've used quite a number of HP pots already. if your HP and MP gets very low from here on, cast LoH. if not, attack with Golden Plate + Reign shield(if tanking) or Sackelberry(if blocking his wing attacks) + wind wep or darklaw. if his MP heals to 1000+, attack with ZLW for a chance to reflect his breath attack.
with super duper insane luck, GA should heal you loads of times, and Nightbane is at 2k hp (mostly thanks to ZLW). from here on, things start to get serious. warriors cannot tank and heal like mages do. continue with the above strategy, and do the final few turns with Asgardian Plate + Ironthorn.
[glow=red,2,300]Notes:[/glow] Guardian Darklaw(triggered) is: 9-30 dmg, Melee.
Golden Axe(triggered) is: 15-37.5 dmg, Melee.
Zombie Bane Scepter(92)(triggered) is: 8.05-34.5 dmg, Magic

Ok here is my expanded take on Nightbane. (For BeastMaster Mages) Beating Nightbane requires a good portion of RL luck, let me just say that right upfront. So here are the details of my battle with him: Vid: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=7HPZQ4L9h0w. The battle lasted 2 1/2 hours and I was lucky enough to get about 8 or 9 Guardian Angel heals (I don't think it would ever be possible without her!). Now that the heal spells have been hit so hard by the nerfbat, this battle seems to have gotten EVEN harder than when it first was released . My strategy was essentially to nerf Nightbane as much as I could, especially his END since this is tied in with his deadly void claw regen attack. Nerfing helped block him quite a bit but still left a lot of punch in him as you will see if you watch the vid. Btw I apologise for the bad quality of the vid but having had to speed it up 4 times makes it all a lil dodgy. Nightbane attacks with both ranged and melee. His wings do melee and his fire breath is ranged. I think his hp regen claw attack is also melee but it is a void attack that cannot be blocked or minimized by any armour. There is no exact way of telling when he will do this claw attack but it is mostly when he has either close to 0 mp, 500mp, 700mp or 900mp. This formula can also be added to any thousand mp before he gets that low in mp. This attack will do close to 300 damage on you (before his END is nerfed, after that still about 245) and he can do it several times in a row, so try to keep your hp out of the danger zone. If you have to, use a double health potion but try not to use too many too fast. He regenerates his mp with his wing attacks and will do so even if you managed to block said attacks. Use LoH only when you are truly desperate further along in the battle. Equipment used:Armours: Golden Plate (best defence for fire and melee) Shadow Cloak (I only used it for attacking while his mp is too low for his breath attack. The better ranged defence of SC will NOT (completely) block his fire breath so I minimized the damage with Golden. You could use Reign Plate for attack but be aware that its melee defence is less good than that of SC.) Wizard Robes (for mana-morphing. Never use this if his mp is over 1000!) Asgir Form (use only when health and/or mp are fairly high and he is not about to do his breath attack. This armour is totally optional, though it would help to distil the stats to only 3 high ones when it comes to using Nerflords Crest) Golden Holy Armour (charged for LoH) Berserker Hides (for Nightmare Visage and Leg Crunch. Do NOT use if very low on HP or Nightbane is about to do his breath attack) Weapons: Sila's Staff (mana draw) Fortuitous Bladehenge (for attacking and a hopeful Heal and while mana morphing. The potential healing is what makes this my first choice but Horn Of Pwny is of course also an excellent option) Myrmidons Pugil Stick (to nerf him with the special) Zombie Bane Sceptre (optional, if hoping to regain both mp and hp through the special) Spells: Draw ManaGreat Pumpkin PatchHeal Extreme WoundsMana MorphLoHBrilhado Feathers or Vortex (to finish him off with ;D) Shields: Eye of NaabReign Defender (use this most of the time) Sackelberry Special (use this when he is fairly well nerfed, is doing his wing attack and hasn't regained 1000mp for his breath attack yet) NerfLord's Crest (Use this last when you have used up all other nerfs so that he will only have 3 high stats remaining.) Miscs:Urn of Daryngord (to lower your fire modifier but Helm of whatsitsname works just as well) Pets: Nerfkitty (just cause I forgot to pre-equip Vampire Nerfbat ) Cor-Dem (to take down his magic defence so the lil bit of GA attack will actually connect) Blue Muhrble (best wind pet) Guests: Guardian AngelStrategy: First, I let my pets do all their nerfing. Then I used Asgir Form to nerf his STR while at the same time using Myrmidon Pugil Stick hoping for its nerfing special. Then when this was used up, I change into Berserker Hides and cast Nightmare Visage and Leg Crunch to nerf all his stats and his DEX further still. Then, when only 3 stats remained higher (END, CHA, LUK) I use the NerfLord's Crest to get them as low as possible too.
