Monster Analysis
Ok, he isn't really an extreme damage dealer, however, his health is quite annoying.
His defences are not really that great, and his elemental resistances to ice and light could be helpful in this fight.
Note: When the Sweep is going to hit him, he is going to be even tougher, be prepared...Or else! *Evil laugh*

For the Hybrids out there, you can choose anything from the lists of Preferred equipment for Mages & Warriors.
*Only to be used in the Freezer Burn strategy!
**Used in the Hardcore strategy! (And sometimes in the Freezer Burn Strategy.)
Strategy for Warriors ~ Spammage
step 1) Equip your highest damage dealing armor, get your pet/guest(s) out, equip Eye of Naab and then activate the Misc of your choice. (If you do not have a Misc item, then just attack him.)
step 2) Heal the damage he done on you and equip the shield of your choice (Preferably Ironthorn for damage output.) and proceed with attacking,
Over the whole Battle) Use your healing spell when your health is below 200, just to be safe, and just spam the attack button from there.
Strategy for Mages #1 ~ Spammage
step 1) Equip your most defensive armor, get your pet/Guest(s) out, Equip Eye of Naab and then activate the Misc of your choice. (If you do not have a Misc item, then just cast one of the spells i suggested on him.)
step 2) Heal the damage he done on you and equip the shield of your choice, and proceed with casting spells on him.
When out of Mana) You have 2 options now, or heal your MP with Potions/One of the 3 special staffs, or just attack with your weapon. personally i would choose to heal your MP.
Over the whole battle) Heal when needed, and keep casting spells.
Strategy for Mages #2 ~ Hardcore
step 1) Equip your most defensive armor, get your pet/Guest(s) out, Equip Eye of Naab and then activate the Misc of your choice. (If you do not have a Misc item, then just cast one of the spells i suggested on him.)
step 2) Heal the damage he done on you and equip the shield of your choice, now... Equip Mage Robes or Wizard Robes and use their special attacks to buff your spells.
When out of Mana) You have 2 options now, or heal your MP with Potions/One of the 3 special staffs, or just attack with your weapon. personally i would choose to heal your MP, but it's your choice.
Over the whole battle) Heal when needed, and keep casting by Mage/Wizard Robes strenghtened spells.
Strategy for Mages #3 ~ Freezer Burn
step 1) Equip Wizard Robes, Eye of Naab (Incase you run out of Mana for Frostbite), Pet/Guest(s) and activate your Misc item. (If you do not have a Misc item, you can now use Frostbite.)
step 2) Now that he's frozen, let us now equip Mage Robes and use it's spell increasing ability's! Once you activated the ability's, use one of the fire spells I suggested, repeat this step.
When you get hit) Use Eye of Naab and replace it with a good fire defensive shield.
When out of Mana) You have 2 options now, or heal your MP with Potions/One of the 3 special staffs, or just attack with your weapon. personally i would choose to heal your MP, but it's your choice.
Over the whole battle) Heal when needed, keep repeating step 2 or just use the attack button.
Strategy for Hybrids ~ Your choice
You can choose either a mage strategy, or a warrior ability. ^^ (Quite nifty being a hybrid, huh? )[/center]
