cos he wasn there when the archslayers were started, and also he is NOT an elf. Hes a midget (like Gimlock ^^)

He's a Frostval Elf. Frostval Elves are alot like the Christmas elves of Terra (Earth for those of you who aren't familiar with the in-game name for our world), but I suppose I have to agree with what Calamus said (mainly because I agree with what Eldron said about the exact same thing in the Worlds in Peril quest).
We hate him because the Archslayers were formed during Frostval, and Kibbles was the most annoying enemy in that war.
It's a hatred that runs deep within our vains, probably even deeper than Feral's hatred for Pirates and Samurai, if that's possible.
