Very doubtful for a fire melee weapon that does 8-28 damage and cost 4k tokens. You'll have to wait and see what the ability does. Otherwise, the overview of it shows it is not worth it.

dang this thing is goodlooking. i guess i need to buy some tokens. i want it on both my chars to be honest. i just hope that shop to level up your rares will be done sometimes.
